What Does Your Manual Reporting Cost?
Estimate manual reporting effort from your own assumptions. This is not a guaranteed savings forecast.
Status: interactive workload calculator. All values are your own assumptions; no automatic savings claim.
Estimate workload using your assumptions
Number of staff involved in reporting.
Hours per person per reporting cycle, explicitly defined.
Comparable reporting cycles per year.
Fully loaded hourly cost in EUR; optional separate rework hours.
The live calculator separates base work, extra rework and an optional, user-controlled scenario.
Enter your assumptions
Supply your own values. Hours means hours per individual per reporting cycle, not the total team hours already added up.

Formula and annual workload
Base formula: people × hours per person per reporting cycle × cycles per year × fully loaded hourly cost = modeled annual workload cost in EUR. Optional rework adds a separate line: total extra team rework hours per cycle × cycles per year × loaded hourly cost. Do not count time twice.
Avoid doubling team hours
If the input is already total team hours, multiplying by headcount again is incorrect.
Use a consistent time basis
Weekly, monthly and quarterly routines require consistent annual frequency.
Include only additional effort
Do not add rework separately if it is already counted in the base hours.
Optional scenario sensitivity
The optional scenario share is user-controlled; it is not a forecast of verified or guaranteed savings.
What the result does not prove
Estimated workload cost is not the same as guaranteed savings. Time may still be spent validating outputs, maintaining source data or coordinating stakeholders after automation. Actual business impact requires a baseline, implementation effort and follow-up verification.
What is a fully loaded hourly cost?
An internal organizational assumption of cost per working hour. The calculator does not supply a verified market-wide rate.
Are these costs potential savings?
Not automatically. They are modeled workload costs, with no savings guarantee.
Discuss reporting scope
To scope a reporting project, we would first agree on the data sources, reporting cycle, KPI definitions, quality checks and handover. No fixed price, delivery time or financial outcome can be inferred from the unfinished calculator.
Clarify the data and scope together
A scope discussion starts with specific sources, checks and boundaries, not unverified outcomes.
